A: I offer makeup applications for every occasion. I provide makeup services for engagements, baby showers, special events such as proms, anniversaries, parties, boudoir and maternity, all types of photography, personal makeup lessons, and everyday makeup.
Q: Do you offer airbrush makeup?
A: I do not offer airbrushing at this time. With the amazing advancements in makeup, traditional foundations now meet and exceed the needs of all skin types and tones. Traditional foundation now comes in countless finishes and coverages whereas airbrush does not. I carry multiple formulas and global skin tones to make all my clients look flawless.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes, I am mobile! I'm able to come to your hotel, office, home, and anywhere else you need some glam. All destinations outside of a 10 mile radius are charged a travel fee (mileage originates from West Nashville area). Travel in excess of 90 minutes round trip is subject to additional fees.
Q: How early can I book an appointment?
A: Booking in advance is highly recommended and in most cases necessary to secure a date. Most brides book 12-18 months in advance. If you're a last minute gal, don't worry! I may still have an opening for you.
Q: How do I secure my date?
A: Your date is secured once your contract is signed and retainer (50% of the full agreement amount) has been received. Services booked within four weeks of the event date require payment in full. The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another date or service.
With Nashville being a wedding destination, multiple inquiries for the same date are very common. Due to demand, I am unable to inform brides when other inquiries are made for their same date. In order to secure your services, I recommend reserving your date as soon as possible.
Q: Are trial runs required for brides?
A: Yes. You've rehearsed everything else for your wedding day, your makeup should be the same. It's important to take the time to create a cohesive makeup that will enhance your photos and finish your look on your wedding day. Makeup is the ultimate accessory. I highly recommend booking your trial a minimum of six months in advance so we are able to do an analysis, plan your skin care regimen, and set you up with any necessary appointments leading up to your wedding day.
Q: Do you just do the bride's makeup, or can you do my bridal party as well?
A: I can absolutely do the entire bridal party! Family members are welcome too. For parties in excess of 8, additional makeup artists are also available at an additional fee.
I do require a Bride +3 minimum booking for local weddings. Travel in excess of 90 minutes round trip requires a Bride +5 minimum booking. Mileage originates from West Nashville area.
Q: What products do you use?
A: I carry many brands in my kit. Those brands include MAC, Chanel, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Charlotte Tilbury, Laura Mercier, and RCMA (Beyonce's foundation) amongst others. I have years of experience working with these prestige brands but as one of my favorite makeup artists says, "It's all about the hand, not the brand!"
